• Account Information: We collect your name and email address to manage your subscription and project dashboard.
• Project Data: When you upload .GLB, .GLTF, or .OBJ files, we store this data solely to generate and host your interactive 3D tours.
• Design Intelligence: We track engagement metrics, such as room-level view duration, to provide you with analytics on which designs resonate with your clients.
• Lead Capture: When your clients request a consultation through your tour, we collect their contact information and share it exclusively with you.

Third-Party Processing & Security

• Payments: All financial transactions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. They handle payment security, taxes, and compliance; Viewvvy does not store your credit card information.
• Data Security: We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your professional 3D assets and client lead data.

Cookies & Analytics

• Session Analytics: We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site through aggregated metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. Clarity automatically masks sensitive input such as passwords and payment fields. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy terms — see privacy.microsoft.com.
